Why Take a CPR Course?

Learning Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is one of the most important life skills you can have. CPR can save a life in the event of a cardiac arrest, which is when the heart stops beating. Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone at any time, so it’s important to know how to respond.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a simple procedure that can be performed by anyone, regardless of their medical training. The course will teach you how to check for responsiveness and breathing, and how to perform CPR on an adult, child, and infant. You will also learn how to use an AED, which is a device that delivers an electric shock to the heart to help it start beating again.
